Where we ship

We ship within Australia and to the United States.

Processing time

All orders are processed and printed within 2-8 business days depending on size and style before being dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Australia

Standard shipping within Australia is free. Shipping typically takes 2-8 business days depending on your location.

United States

Orders for delivery in the United States are printed and dispatched within the United States, so there are no customs procedures, import duties or brokerage fees to pay on delivery. Standard shipping is free, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Any applicable state or local sales tax is calculated at checkout, with nothing further to pay on delivery. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

If we cannot ship on time

If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated at the point of sale, we will contact you to explain the delay. You may then choose to wait for the revised date or cancel your order for a full refund.

Damaged items in transit

If your print arrives damaged due to shipping, please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us at matt@matthewphilip.com within 14 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
