Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our canvas photography prints and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue and your order number to matt@matthewphilip.com, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

We may ask that the item be returned.

Change of Mind

As each canvas is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a product.

Return Address

If a return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address via email.
Please do not return items without confirmation, as we are unable to accept unapproved returns.
